Inherited from the know-how of the Abbey's monks, Elixir de Coiron jaune embodies the perfect balance between tradition and refinement. Based on a recipe developed by the monks and carefully recorded in our large herbarium, it is the fruit of a goldsmith's work, where plants, flowers, seeds and bark are meticulously selected, assembled and precisely distilled in our copper almabics before a long ageing in foudre, giving it a subtle complexity and an elegant length on the palate.
