This 21-year-old whisky was aged in second- and third-fill casks for 15 years, followed by a second maturation of 6 years, in ex-wine casks regenerated from American and European oak, as well as regenerated casks whose ends were charred. Intentional complexity explodes to a crescendo: a fruity melody of overripe black fruit, pear compote, crushed fig and caramelized apple resonates on the palate. This grandiose whisky will transcend you with its bold, exuberant flavors.
