This project was born from a reflection on maple products. Bourgeon is the result of that exploration: showcasing what maple sap and syrup can bring to a liqueur crafted with Wabasso Gin.
The goal was to prove that what lies outside convention can be elevated and harmoniously integrated into a refined spirit. The maple bud reduction captures the very essence of Quebec’s artisanal maple culture and the pure, natural taste of the maple tree itself.
