Caisteal Chamuis refers to and is also known as Knock Castle or Castle Camus, which was once the strategic fortress that helped the Macleod clan establish its hold on the Sleat Peninsula on the Isle of Skye. The ruins of the castle on the island today are a testament to its rich and eventful history. Caisteal Chamuis produces powerfully peated Blended Malts with a strong personality, while remaining accessible thanks to a multiple aging process. Caisteal Chamuis Non Age is the result of a meticulous blend of distillates from the Scottish islands.
First aged in Hogstead casks then in Bourbon casks
