With the will to bring back the rum in the original cradle of the sugar cane, the Chalong Bay distillery, created by a young French couple is located in Phuket. New edition of the distillery this rum is fermented without adding yeast and not filtered. It is thus in its most natural version that we find Chalong Bay with a rum with smooth aromas. The nose is dominated by cane sugar, with light notes of acetone. In mouth it is a rum which is creamy with the vegetable side of the cane reminds the olive. The finish is more spicy with peppery notes. The degree of alcohol at 49% awakens these aromas which gain in intensity.
