Produced by the Distillerie Combier between 1899 and 1915, and again in the same stills since 2006, Blanchette is an authentic white absinthe with a dominantly aniseed-flavoured "Suisse" style. Combining large and small absinthes with green anise, fennel and hyssop, it is very refreshing. The green anise from Spain and the fennel from Provence naturally give it a sweet note.
