The color fairy! Red apples, yellow apples, golden apples, pink apples - it's all there in the Pomme Pomme Gueule brandy! To create this new C. Azottes Liquide, Laurent used 19 different varieties of apples in organic. Maturity is the crucial point to allow us to concentrate the aromas, the sugar and all the other flavors as much as possible. Brought to maturity in crates, they are hulled and then crushed. The fermentation takes place without any artificial addition. Slow and careful distillation. On an idea of the learned grocer Philippe Quesnot, with his superb label designed by our brilliant Michel Tolmer and his "cheerleaders" - oh sorry, with his "apple apple mouth"! Some varieties used: De Graine, Reinette de Brive, Chanteclerc, chantegrise, Court Pendu Rouge, Reinette grise du Canada, Api starry, Reinette du Mans, Camino des Clots, Reinette tramp, Hare snout, Haut de liège, Reinette de Pons, Island apple or Pink apple, Chanteclerc, Bertranne, Reine des Reinettes
