This liqueur is made from Folle Noire grapes (also known as Jurançon Noir), an old variety grown organically in Southwest France. The grapes are hand-harvested and naturally fermented. Fermentation is stopped by adding homemade organic eau-de-vie from the same grape.
The result: a smooth, fruity liqueur with rich autumn flavors.
