Simples is a project involving around a hundred homemade, wild, and organic medicinal plants macerated in homemade organic brandy, which began in 2010. It took 10 years of research to find THE perfect recipe. Dozens of demijohns filled with herbs and plants for maceration and long hours spent perfecting the blend.
All in a single 300-liter barrel. The mixture includes thyme, lime blossom, génépi, mountain mint, larch flowers, agastache, lemon balm, savory, and sage, to name but a few. Produced in the spirit of a high-end, organic artisanal chartreuse, this liqueur reveals a complex aromatic bouquet enhanced by an unparalleled length, all in a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness.
