Our Microcitrus Gin is a spirit on a wheat base that we select for its roundness. This Gin is a concentrate of exceptional citrus fruits.
Microcitrus is the Latin name of the Caviar Lemon which is our flagship ingredient and of which we use several varieties, we add Bergamot, Yuzu, Buddha Hand Cedar, Corsican Cedar, several varieties of Yellow Lemon and Combava. We balance this base with fresh Coriander and liquorice. Our Genever is hand picked in our French mountains at an altitude of over 1000m.
We distil on the Rolls-Royce of stills, the Stupfler. These handcrafted pieces of goldsmithery allow us to obtain round and smooth spirits, with an extreme fidelity to the ingredients used.
We reduce all our spirits with spring water from the Pyrenees and bottle them at the distillery.
