Produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at the Diamond distillery, El Dorado 15 Year Old is a blend of rums distilled in four legendary stills: Enmore, Diamond (column stills), Port Mourant and Versailles (wooden pot stills). All aged in bourbon casks, these eaux de vie are then blended and bottled at 43%. Characterised by notes of dried fruit, vanilla and toffee, the palate reveals notes of exotic fruit and spicy oak.
