This gin is the result of the individual maceration in grain alcohol of four herbs: thyme, basil, rosemary and, above all, arbequina. This variety of olive, which is harvested in Catalonia and takes 7 kilos to produce a litre of oil, offers a real concentration of aromas. With such concentration, it's easy to understand why arbequina plays the leading role in this blend, which is Mediterranean to say the least.
