Gin Mare has chosen to pay homage to one of the most emblematic places in our Mediterranean: the island of Capri.
Capri lemon and Sorrento bergamot are added to the original Gin Mare recipe. The nose opens with citrus, thyme and candied fruit. On the palate, the attack is supple with citrus mingled with the gentle acidity of bergamot. Lemon and orange evolve into aromatic herbs such as thyme, basil and rosemary. The finish is rounded by the olive flavors that give it its unique length on the palate.
