Founded in 1889, located in Miki, Hyogo Prefecture.
Hyogo Prefecture is the birthplace of the king of sake rice, Yamada Nishiki. Thanks to its mineral-rich soil and a climate with significant temperature variations, this region is ideal for sake rice cultivation. Where sake rice is produced, there you’ll find sake breweries. Inami Shuzo, situated in a major Yamada Nishiki production area, strives to create sakes that harmonize with the terroir of the region.
A carefully crafted Junmai sake designed to be aged, stored at low temperatures before maturing at room temperature, creating a master-aged sake. It has sweet, floral aromas of honey and almonds, accompanied by a slightly roasted flavor. The mild sweetness develops on the palate, with a light acidity and a spicy note that perfectly balance the overall profile.
