The Tomatin Distillery, officially founded in 1897 in the Monadhliath Mountains, south of Inverness, embodies the elegance of Highland whisky. Once one of Scotland’s largest distilleries, Tomatin has reinvented itself to focus on quality over quantity, producing refined single malts characterized by softness and balance.
