Created in 2011 by a small band of passionate friends, L'Encantada is a house that respects the noble product that is Armagnac, from an atypical and authentic terroir. L'Encantada's aim is to humbly introduce visitors to the know-how and history of this 700-year-old spirit.
Vincent, the cellar master, makes a meticulous selection of each vintage. The eaux-de-vie are then bottled "brut de fût", to preserve the identity of each barrel.
With this Armagnac Domaine du Pin 2016 Barbade Rhum Finish, Encantada has chosen to head for the sun-drenched islands of Barbados, accompanied by a Bas Armagnac 2016 from Domaine du Pin. A batch selected by the cellar master for its fruity profile and strong character, ideal for pairing with the exotic, juicy rum barrel straight from the Caribbean Sea. The result is a Brut de Fût that is both powerful and smooth, with gourmet notes of soft caramel, ripe fruit and exotic fruit. A sublime voyage of the senses in bottle.
