At the top and beyond, La Débauche, which opened in Angoulême in 2013, is probably the strangest brasserie in France, but also the most popular.
Each new recipe reflects the energy of the brewery and is designed to satisfy the desire for something new among the most demanding palates. A unique universe, cutting-edge beers, a creative and daring approach from recipe to label.

Inspired by the dark dream of the character in Edgar Allan Poe's novel “The Raven”, Nevermore is a deep, complex Imperial Stout.
This dark brown beer, made with American oak and ex-bourbon casks, develops luscious, almost vanilla aromas and a supple palate that follows a creamy attack with notes of coffee.
