Our syrups are hand-turned in old-fashioned copper vats, and are the result of a rigorous selection of raw materials to produce syrups of the very highest quality. Peppery, intense and delicious, spearmint is also a must. A basic to enjoy with still or sparkling water, in yoghurt or with aniseed-flavoured aperitifs (to make a parrot).
