Non-chill filtered and bottled at 66% ABV to preserve its full aromatic range, it reveals a spectrum of flavors from herbal tones to berry fruit, with deep nuances of black molasses. The ageing in Amontillado casks combines both biological and oxidative influences, revealing a rich interplay of dried black plum and honeyed sweetness.
