Since 1895, The Longueteau Distillery has made agricole rum from the sugarcane plantations of the Domaine du Marquisat de Sainte –Marie, located at the foot of the Soufrière mountain range. The Domain is composed of 12 sites featuring two sugarcane varieties: the red cane (R-579) and the blue cane (B69-566). Each parcel of the estate is grown and selected to convey the expression of an exceptional soil and the perfect combination of the ground, the environment and the family Know-How.

Longueteau Sélection Parcellaire Canne Rouge 2014 n°1 is produced from a single parcel which is grown in direct sunlight, in a dry environment. It reveals a powerful character with citrus fruits and star anise notes, giving way to an explosive finish with black pepper and menthol notes.

This parcel selection reveals a rum with a unique character which thrill the senses and take the taster to the heart of Guadeloupe.
