Aquavit, from the Latin "aqua vitae" meaning water of life, is a traditionally Scandinavian spirit made from caraway and dill. Unknown in France, Maison Hamelle, in collaboration with Ankhor, a source of great 100% French spices, has decided to create a tricolour version from plants grown in the land of Voltaire, the recipe for which was developed near the eponymous station in Paris.
Fresh and atypical with beautiful notes of dill, cumines and citrus fruits, it has a certain sweetness that will allow it to be consumed dry during a meal or as a digestive.
