    SHIRO is the “session sake,” from Masumi brewery, light enough to enjoy all night. Shiro sake presents mild aromas of banana and apple lead into a palate that is gently sweet and brightened by acidity and lingering savory umami. Shiro sake is a junmai ginjo, made with sankei nishiki and hitogokochi rice varieties, polished 55%. This sake pairs perfectly with fresh greens, salads, grilled shrimp & chicken, dairy and cheese.
