Ninkasi “Vendanges” whiskies are a tribute to the diversity and richness of the French wine world. Alban Perret, as a winegrower and the company's master distiller, travels the country to meticulously select casks of varietal wines from the greatest wine-growing regions.
Vendanges de Sémillon will take you on a journey to New Aquitaine, to the heart of the Sauternes late harvest. This limited-edition single malt is made from a malted barley distillate aged entirely in old Sauternes casks for 4 years. These casks, which for several years have housed sweet white wines, give the whisky a golden color and fruity, floral flavors.
