This exceptional eau-de-vie is crafted by macerating Mirabelle plums from Lorraine or Alsace for three weeks in high-proof Mirabelle eau-de-vie. After distillation, the spirit is brought to the desired strength using spring water from Steige, renowned for its remarkable purity. This water is naturally filtered through Vosges schist, followed by a second cold filtration.
