Poire Williams Rouge is one of the distillery's prestige references, thanks to its atypical production process and the use of a red-skinned, smaller but very juicy and fragrant variety of pear. This gives this eau-de-vie a concentration of aromas, with a powerful nose and a smooth, round palate.
The red and yellow Williams pears are macerated in Poire Williams brandy from the Classique and Sélection ranges for 3 weeks. After distillation, this exceptional product is reduced using Steige spring water. Its purity is enhanced by natural filtration through the Vosges schist.
