This cuvée is the second batch of rum from the Le Rejeton range. It is the result of blending vats of white rums obtained from different distillations. The final product is made up of a base of original Rejeton with 10% over-ripe cane and 90% fresh cane, including a dominant percentage of cane of the R579 variety.
