This new 2022 edition is made from Papa Rouyo's carefully worked cane, the juice of which is distilled in the distillery's iron still and then matured in the Papa Rouyo cellar. The barrels are heated to different temperatures and come from different origins (Bourbon, Cognac), offering a rich palette of rum expressions. A bold and unique interpretation of blending expertise.
