A fine sake for laying down that reveals itself over time, in its youth a herbaceous, slightly spicy nose (coriander, nutmeg), a palate made up of several sequences, sometimes floral (gentian) then fruity (banana), a hint of bitterness, then hints of vanilla. Tends to harmonise with age.
