Initially aged in traditional oak casks for several years, this whisky ended its days in a Ruby port cask, giving it an explosion of flavours: spices, milk chocolate, tart raspberries. Also available as a Tawny Porto Finish, the fresh, vibrant character of The Epicurean whisky from the Lowlands lends itself admirably to experimentation with different finishes. The deep colour in each of these versions is a testament to the intense flavour of this spirit.
