Crafted from a mash bill of 51% rye, 34% corn, and 15% malted barley, this low-rye whiskey was aged on the 4th floor of Warehouse G. In turn heady, waxy, medicinal, chocolaty, and fruity, its aroma and flavour palette leaves behind the exuberance of youth to reveal increasingly pronounced autumnal accents as the tasting progresses—the hallmark of deep maturity. This is complemented by a fresh, noble purity, beautifully highlighted by flavours of dark fruits and saffron.
