Brewed with no fewer than five hops (Magnum, Ekuanot, Citra, Mosaïc, Cascade) and a touch of wheat, Talking Head promises an avalanche of flavours of resinous pine needles, zesty citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit) and tropical and yellow fruits. Bitter, fruity, malty and terribly crisp, this beer is a superb representative of the fundamentals of the American Pale Ale.
