Tempus Fugit Spirits is a small private company based in the United States that specialises in the production of high quality spirits. The founders, John Troia and Peter Schaf are both historians, and both are experts in their chosen domain: historic cocktails, spirits and liqueurs. Constantly searching for products used in the cocktail recipes passed down by Jerry Thomas and other mixology pioneers, they endeavour to reproduce them as faithfully as possible, thereby creating such products as Gran Classico, Avion d’Or and a number of bitters, vermouths and crèmes.
