This Texas craft bourbon is made from the finest yellow dent corn, soft red winter wheat, six-row distillers' malt and an exclusive yeast strain from the Texas pecan tree. Aged for three years in oak casks, it develops intense notes of caramel, vanilla, coconut and spices like nutmeg. Spiked with 2% habanero distillate from the Black Forest, it adds a subtle floral touch, without any sensation of spiciness.
