Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye Whiskey is a rye-based Bottled-in-Bond, aged in selected casks for added depth and character. At 50% alc. this whiskey offers notes of dried fruits, spices and oak. The Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 stipulates that whiskey must be: from a single distillery, from a single distillation season, bottled at 50% AB, aged at least 4 years in federally controlled cellars.
