Kanosuke Single Malt is crafted from whiskies distilled in three pot stills and matured in a variety of casks, including ex-shochu, sherry, bourbon and red wine casks. Each distinctive character is vatted together, layering the elegance and fineness of Japanese whisky with a richer, mellower flavour.
This limited edition is a unique casks finish expression generously using whiskies aged in bourbon barrels and finished in apple brandy casks and aged in ex-shochu re-charred casks and finished in white wine casks.
