    This rum is produced in one of the most stunning sugar cane plantations in Mauritius. The freshly extracted molasses are naturally fermented for a specific amount of time and, as a result of the master distiller's skilful manipulation, is transformed into rum with an exceptional flavour featuring hints of sugar cane and exotic fruit._x000D_ The rum was matured mainly in French oak casks.
