This blackberry cream is obtained after infusion of fresh blackberries in a wine brandy. It is not very sweet in order to let the fruit express itself.
At the end of this infusion, a sugar syrup is added and the juice is reduced to 20° with water from the Vosges spring. This water, which runs through a subsoil of purple schist, is of great purity and gives it a singular strength.
The creams, like the liqueurs, are voluntarily proposed at a high alcohol level with a low sugar content to offer natural and unusual flavors in the traditional cream category. Located in Alsace in the heart of the Val de Villé, the Jos. Nusbaumer distillery, located in Alsace in the heart of the Villé Valley, has succeeded in expressing the richness of its soil and its fruits in this singular cuvée.
