The “Eaux-de-Vie d’Exception” range represents the finest expression of the Nusbaumer distillery’s expertise. These eaux-de-vie are presented in amber-colored bottles that protect them from light, and sealed with an intensely colored wax medallion, hand-applied in their workshops.
Framboise des Bois (Wild Raspberry) is one of the distillery’s flagship references, thanks to its distinctive production method, which results in a high concentration of aromas, with a powerful nose and a delicate, refined palate.
The wild raspberries are macerated for three weeks in high-proof raspberry eau-de-vie. After distillation, this exceptional spirit is reduced to the desired strength using spring water from Steige, renowned for its great purity, naturally filtered through Vosges schist and then cold-filtered to perfect the final product.
